Membership and Points
How can I accumulate points from my purchase?
To accumulate points, customer must register as a Koan member by visiting https://www.koan.co.th/customer/account/login
Is there any registration fee?
Customer can register as a Koan member for free.
What are the benefits of Koan membership?
Customer will get 1 point from every 25 THB purchases. Every 10 points equal 1 THB, which can be use on the next purchase made on our website www.koan.co.th . Furthermore, customer who registered as a Koan member will has a chance to receive special promotions.
Can I use my accumulated points as cash in online purchase made on Koan website?
Yes.
Will my accumulated points expired?
Points accumulated through the purchases of products or services will expire on every 31 December of the next year.
Can I exchange my accumulated points as cash?
Koan membership points can not be exchange for cash.
How can I check my accumulated points?
Customer can check the number of points accumulated and the expiry date by logging in to the membership system.

Order and Payment
When will the product be delivered after the purchasing in completed?
Usually, the product will be delivered within 3 business days in Bangkok Metropolitan Region and within 5 business days for the rest of Thailand.
What should I do if the product I received is incorrect?
In the case of incorrect product, customer can contact service@koan.co.th for product replacement.
Can the shipping address be changed after the order has been placed?
Shipping address can not be changed once the order has be placed.
Can I request for cash on delivery?
Customer can request for cash on delivery when the order does not exceed 50,000 THB. However, CoD does not accept credit card.
Can international shipping be made?
Order can only be shipped within Thailand.

Warranty and Claim
In case the product is defective, can it be replaced?
Product that receives damage from the result of normal usage or manufacturing process can be replaced within 10 days of purchase. To request for product replacement, any accessories included with the product at the time of purchase, and tax invoice must be included with the product.
Is the product comes with a warranty?
We provide 1 year warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers damages from normal usage and/or defects from manufacturing process. Customer must show tax invoice that the company issued. *Conditions may differ according to product category and manufacturer.
Where to claim product warranty?
There are 2 ways to make a claim.

1. Customer can make a claim by bringing the product with the tax invoice to

2. Contact service@koan.co.th to make a claim and send the product by using registered parcel to

In case there is a problem with the product, can I request for a refund?
We provide 1 year warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers damages from normal usage and/or defects from manufacturing process. Customer must show tax invoice that the company issued. In case that customer demand a refund, the refund process will take no longer than 15 business days from the day that the demand for refund has been placed.
