Remarks

  1. In case of change of mind, customer can cancel the order when the status is indicated as “processing”. The company will charge 3% of the product’s value as processing fee.
  2. In case of change of mind, customer can return the product if the package has not yet been opened. The company will charge 15% of the product’s value as processing fee.

Return process

  1. Send an email to cs@koan.co.th

    • Indicating the reason for returning the product.
    • Include the photos of the package and the products. (These photos will determine the condition of the product and will serve as the evidence in case there is a problem in the process.)
    • Include the receipt or the order number.
  2. After receiving contact by our staff, please send the product with the receipt to:

    Koan Co., Ltd 159/6 Serm-Mit Tower, Unit 203, 2nd Floor, Sukhumvit 21 (Asoke), North Klongtoey, Wattana, Bangkok 10110.

Document Required for Refund

  1. Receipt
  2. Copy Book bank for refund the money of return goods
  3. Copy ID card or Passport that must be same with billing name
